Order

1. You send us an email order containing contact information, name, number of items, and the interest of delivery terms, delivery requirements.
2. Our experts work on your order, assign a number, issue an invoice, indicating the duration of production.
3. After payment received, the order goes to work order
4. You get completed order in accordance with the agreed delivery terms and conditions.

Delivery

1. We will take your constructions and material to our painting room and deliver it back!
2. Deliver manufactured items at any point!
3. If necessary, arrange the mounting works!

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
